The property is surrounded by acres of orchard consisting of all different kinds of fruit trees: Peach, Nectarine, Asian pear, Persimmon, Orange, Lemon, Mandarin, Cherry, Walnut and different kinds of apples. Spring is heaven with baskets included for picking your own rainbow of fruit. The house is also set up to accommodate a Yoga retreat with the ONENES CENTER yoga studio. Oneness Center for Movement

Wisdom and Healing is a 1000 sq. ft yoga studio. Complete with a sound system, soft lighting, air conditioning, special flooring with cork padding for flexibility and yoga props. The studio has views of the orchard and rose garden.
