This exclusive light-filled modern home is an extraordinary rare find, steps from one of the main lifts on Mammoth Mountain and the perfectly groomed, corduroy slopes of the world-renowned Mammoth Mountain Resort.

The home features a large, open living room with views of the lifts and mountains around, modern designer furniture, private hot tub, hi-speed internet/wi-fi and more. The home comfortably sleeps 14 in 2 king, 1 queens, 4 twins, and one double bunk, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs master and a twin daybed in the upstairs loft. Guests will find plenty of storage for gear along with boot warmers, in the large, two-car garage, plus extra off-street parking in the driveway.

Upstairs, you will find an open-plan living and dining room, surrounded by cathedral ceilings, modern angled windows, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Enjoy the two decks that surround these rooms and the whisper of aspen and pine leaves or stay inside near one of the three upstairs cozy fires borrowing one of our family’s hundreds of books. For some above it all privacy, walk upstairs to the loft level and find the best views yet from a cozy hanging chair or the daybed positioned under the window.

The upstairs master suite bedroom features a king-sized bed, gas log fireplace, window seating area overlooking ancient pines, with flat screen HDTV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom double vanity, an oversized soaking tub, and separate tile shower.

Downstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of them with a kind bed and double sleeper sofa.  The second bedroom features a queen and twin, and the third bedroom is a kids bunk room with three twins and one double bed.

Guests will enjoy a deep soak in the private indoor 6-person hot tub after an awesome powder day of skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, or golf, hiking, fishing, biking, or just exploring the Eastern Sierra! Snuggle up in front of the gas log fireplace in the living room to watch a movie on the large flat screen HDTV, with DVD, choose a board game, or just gather together to share the day’s adventures.

There’s plenty of room for skis, snowboards, bikes, and other gear in the large, two-car garage, plus additional parking for four cars in the driveway.

Though only a short 3-minute walk to the Eagle Lodge Lift, which you can see from the living room window, you will nevertheless feel the private exclusivity of this modern Mammoth home.

While most people know Mammoth Lakes for the skiing, Mammoth Lakes is truly a four- season destination and summer is its best kept secret. The fishing, hiking, rock climbing, golfing, and swimming are unparalleled. It is only a 30 minute drive to the entrance to Yosemite National Park and Tuolume Meadows.
