This remarkable 1.5-acre property is reminiscent of the South of France countryside estate. The feel and theme is very Country French combined with Zen Alice in Wonderland. The estate consisted of 3 separate houses so a family stay is very comfortable and spacious. The main house is decorated to a very high standard and successfully combines the old world charm with relaxed Zen Ojai chic. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes lots of entertaining ware. The kitchen is the “Heart-Center” and connects the two wings of the house. One wing leads to the dining area, kitchen lounge, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The second wing leads to the formal living room, little spiritual hall library, and Master bedroom with en-suite exquisite bathroom, Zen TV lounge and with full bathroom. All the bedrooms have beautiful garden views each with distinct separate charm. The dining room seats 8 and has an adjoining lounge with cozy couches. There is a comfortable Zen themed TV room with a 65-inch flat screen with surround sound and an en-suite full bathroom and two large couches for extra guests. This living room has a natural rock fireplace it charming warm and elegant.

The Garden Courtyards-The property is entered through an impressive iron gate that leads into beautiful a fruit orchard and small vineyard. The pool and spa are salt water for a natural soft feel to the skin. It also has a pool cover for safety if needed. The manicured grassy lawn around the pool and covered dinning lounge make it perfect backdrop for any special occasion (10 pm Curfew). The 2nd courtyard is sunken down and designed with a south of France wonderland inspiration with pea gravel and large dramatic sculptured balls and hedges. Dine ‘al fresco’ on the beautiful spacious terrace overlooking Orange trees & looming Eucalyptus trees. The 3rd courtyard showcases dramatically hedged & features a single bubbling fountain in the very center. It has maze-like hedged paths, sculptured rose gardens, whimsical water features and many mystical sculptures. It is a bit dreamy and delicious.

SPECIAL HONESTY NOTE: This is not a party house!! No extra guest on site other than the 10 max day or night. We have very sensitive neighbors we have a 10 pm curfew in the pool area.
