This luxurious Mediterranean style compound features 2 luxury houses. The Ocean House 3+3 (2200 sf.) and Oak House 3+2+Yoga studio (1500 sf.) It’s pure magic the wrap-around blue infinity pool right off the villa. Then to discover it tunnels under and into an indoor pool and European sauna. The main pool foyer opens to an incredible entertainment covered outdoor patio with lux outdoor sofa lounges, fireplace, and bar where the ocean and mountains fills your vision offering stunning 360 views…
There is silence here…peace, nature, gardens, dramatic rock formations and room to roam. We have added lots of fun amenities to capture the whole family’s attention. We have a full Yoga Studio, Skyline Grass Croquet, Veggie Garden, 200 Dolecetto Grapevines to be harvested in the fall, a secret sky bench for magic quiet moments in the sky!
GETTING THERE: We are 14 miles from the Ojai Village, 20 min but worth the drive as this is one of the only Ojai properties you will see the full ocean from

PETS are allowed with a $200 fee per pet upon approval! All pets are at your own risk and discretion as this is very Rural and a National Corridor for Wildlife.
POOL HEAT is optional we do charge a flexing rate starting at $145 per day Please Note it takes a full 24 hours to heat this pool so you will require a pre-day fee to have the pool warm upon arrival. Please let us know 1 week in advance preferably.
SMOKING Due to wildfires we ask that you refrain from smoking other than specific safe areas
WORKING RANCH – We do have staff working on the 40 acres at any giving time on the lower vineyard & gardens they are tending to our beauty !!
